Modern channels of communication such as e-mail were utilized extensively in the design and construction process. With the aid of a digital camera and CAD renderings clients are able to review floor plans, change interior color schemes etc; and view the completed house in its desired location before construction begins.

The large covered verandahs allow access to the outdoors during inclement weather.
This house features a state of the art geothermal heating system which will heat the guest house, main house and swimming pool with up to 600% efficiency versus 60-80% efficiency for standard heating systems.
Recycled old growth fir timbers, a beautiful dry pack granite fireplace and a Western Red Cedar Taiko beam bring warmth and beauty to wide open spaces. These timbers were hand-sanded and treated with a tung oil finish. We feel it is important to let the frame dry until the moisture content is less than 14% before insulating and sealing the building envelope.
