We at Craftsman Timberframe want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase therefore we offer you our commitment to quality:

· If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first thirty days of ownership simply return it to us. We will refund the purchase price, assuming the piece returns to us in the same condition it was when we delivered it to you.
· If within the lifetime of ownership of your piece there is any defect in workmanship or material we will repair or replace the piece and pay for shipping.
· If for some reason you would like to exchange your piece for one of our other selections, within the first year, you may do so for its original value, assuming your piece remains in its original condition.
· Thereafter, during the lifetime of the piece we will negotiate exchanges. The exchange value will depend upon the condition of your piece.
