Design Services

We will develop CAD drawings featuring 3D walk-throughs and digital plotting. Imagine viewing your completed house situated on your chosen property, or looking at the view from your living room, before construction has commenced.

Construction & Project Management

1) Carpentry
We perform all timberframe and conventional carpentry aspects of the project ourselves.

2) Subtrades
We supply the best subtrades available including painters, drywaller, masons and cement finishers, electricians and plumbers. We guarantee their workmanship.

3) On time!
We ensure that all phases of the project are coordinated and performed in a timely manner.

4) Be your own contractor
Occasionally an owner chooses to become his or her own contractor. We will assist you in every step to carry out this endeavor.

Materials

1) Building Materials
We can supply all building materials required for your construction project. These include kiln dried, custom-sawn timers, framing lumber, siding and custom moldings made from recycled or new growth wood.

Although it is possible to use almost any species of wood, many, such as fir, pine, spruce, red and yellow cedar are preferred and readily available in our area. It is widely known that the species of Douglas Fir found in our area is the best material for building a timberframe house.

2) Local Talent
We draw from a talented pool of local artisans to meet your needs for items such as custom wood windows, flooring, cabinets and doors. We can also make the necessary connections in your area to utilize the best of your local talent.

2) Custom Furnishings
We also offer custom furnishings such as tables, beds and outdoor furniture designed to complement the style of your home. We often design and build these ourselves.

4) Concrete Form Installation
As certified ARXX high performance concrete form installers, we offer a state of the art energy efficient foundation system to start the project off on the right footing. (pictured at right)
